In the event of a life-threatening, Certified Injury resulting from an accident that requires Emergency Medical Transportation by helicopter, member will be reimbursed up to $7,000 with no deductible per occurrence.
*NOT Available to residents of Connecticut, Florida, Vermont, and Washington
